I have experienced many things on this Journey.
One is seeing people searching. Trying to figure out what to do next. Wandering if what they are doing is the best thing to be doing. Even wondering if they can do things, they think they should be doing.
I have found, for me, pointing out to others, how Awesome I think they can be, and expecting nothing in return, makes me feel good.
I enjoy learning every day, that I do not know what to do, a lot is times. Facing this truth has been very uplifting. I really am okay.
I do know, for sure, I am supposed to be doing what I am doing, Running, Jogging and Walking across the United States of America
I am supposed to be telling people the phone number, to call, for getting help when you are struggling with problems concerning Alzheimer’s disease.
I am supposed to be helping to raise money for the Alzheimer’s Association.
I am supposed to be doing all of this with a good attitude.
I will always try.
