slowing down

I will be 66 years old in October. My body was extremely overweight for at least 20 years. So called “experts” say that was rough on me. That was my decision to do that. At age three I was ran over by a car. Damage was done. I have been over 17,000 miles on my feet in the last 50 months. It’s my body, I only have one. I have read much concerning such things. I am slowing down because I feel it is best, because I want to jog and walk many many more years.

My friend Mark taught me to manage my resources. I never let anyone else manage my resources anymore. I am the one that has to live with my decisions I make now, in the future.

I even feel it is unfair to ask for certain types of advice, because others do not know my history, my current status and what I want to be doing 10 years from now.

God has blessed me with a Great Life!
