July, 2016 – the month is gone

I’m ending the month with a little over 220 miles on foot. I work at raising awareness and money for the Alzheimer’s Association. I work at staying fit and outrunning alzheimer’s disease.

Currently, just to generate a little excitement for me, I am covering 7 miles every day, on foot. Today is 51 days in a row doing that.

Also this month I finished a couple of more counties. Their are 159 in Georgia. Going to each one, as I can, and seeing folks in the county seat. (raising awareness)

Helping mom.

The alzheimer’s decal came from Arkansas, the other came from Cocoa Beach, Florida

Things seem to be going well.

UNICEF has been on my mind. I am going to try and help them, if I can. 17,000 to 25,000 children starve to death each day.
