Here is a picture of the “Map my Walk” workout this morning. I am working to master the art of speed walking. On October the 8th, I will turn 66 years old. This is preventative maintenance.
Moderation feels good. I have pushed hard for a long time. I am shifting the amount of my activity now, so I can continue to do what I enjoy, for a long time.
My opportunities look good for staying active in my awareness raising campaign for the Alzheimer’s Association. The “Around Georgia” project shows some promise, both in usefulness and do ability. I need to have a planning session to squeeze the most from my travels to the many counties in Georgia.
Family is still my top priority.
