Tough times. Some normal days and some nowhere near normal. The patient is scared, everybody involved is. Because of the in and out part, some family members wonder if the patient may be faking symptoms. Denial is rampant. This is a time when patience may wear very thin. This is so hard for families to go through, especially for the ones that may know what lies ahead.
