Doing things may make you feel better 

A man told me that “Action” has the ability to change feelings. 

He said if you’re sad, confused or feel like giving up . . . . . get up, get dressed for the occasion and go do something that you’re good at doing and make sure it’s something you wouldn’t mind everyone knowing about. Do it until you feel okay. Maybe it’s sweeping a driveway or building something  . . . . . 

We were made to do . . . . .
