from Chicago, Illinois to Atlanta, Georgia – walking

We chat often. He is still a busy advocate. His mom has alzheimer’s disease. He has taught me a lot. We met in Jellico, Tennessee a few years back at a “Walk to End Alzheimer’s” event. We shared a few meals together. We spent time in an alzheimer’s unit together. We attended the “Walk to End Alzheimer’s” event together in Atlanta, Georgia, a few years back.

He walked a bunch of miles carrying a backpack. He spent many nights in a tent. He talked with a lot of folks during that trip. They spoke about alzheimer’s disease and caregiving.

My friend Bill.
