In March of 2001, I made a decision to lose 100 lbs. The name “Dr. Kenneth Cooper” came to mind. A search on the internet produced a book titled “Aerobics for Total Well Being.” It was ordered, it arrived and adhered to. 100 lbs was lost in 11 months. Over the next several months, another few lbs were lost.
1800 calories daily . . . 50% carbohydrates, 30% protein and 20% fat.
30 minutes of aerobics, 3 times weekly
30 minutes of resistance, 3 times weekly
No food after 7:00 pm
75% of calories before 1:00 pm
Lots of willpower.
