We have much to be thankful for. Most of us have water, food, shelter and feel some level of acceptance from our peers. That is much to be thankful for and to smile about. Most of us have great memories and continue making them with good times. It is good for us to think of that.
Some folks do not have clean water, food, shelter or a feeling of acceptance. It is good for us to think of that too.
If we operate from the attitude that we are all in this together, we must do more than think of those without. We can pray. We can donate to non profit groups that focus on what seems most important to us. We can donate time to help. To do nothing seems very unreasonable.
A balanced approach to life seems best.
