my weight loss 

  • 1800 calories daily – 50% carbohydrates, 30% protein and 20% good fat. 
  • no eating after 6:30 pm 
  • 75% of calories before 1:00 pm 
  • Monday – 30 minutes of light aerobics 
  • Tuesday – a light resistance workout for 30 minutes 
  • Wednesday  – 30 minutes of light aerobics 
  • Thursday – a light resistance workout for 30 minutes 
  • Friday – 30 minutes of light aerobics 
  • Saturday – a light resistance workout for 30 minutes 
  • Sunday – rest 

    I lost 100 lb in 11 months, and then over the next two years, I lost another 17 lbs.
