Towards the end of December, in 2017, a goal was set by me. The goal was to be on foot 1200 miles during the year of 2018. The year prior to that I recorded 710 miles, my lowest in many years.
Today is Wednesday August 1st and my on foot milage is 1069. That leaves 131 miles to do in about 5 months.
Goals seem to add a little bit of excitement to my life, and this particular type goal helps me remain healthy.
