My plans were to not set a “miles on foot” goal for this year, but my mind has changed, so here goes.
From January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019, at midnight, the plans, the goal is to be on foot at least 1200 miles.
My situation as a caregiver is fluid. Planning to be spontaneous may be my best mindset for crossing the finish line.
The miles will be tracked by the Charity Miles application and I will use the miles as a springboard to raise money and awareness concerning Down syndrome.
