I put it on every morning when I get out of bed and take it off every evening when I get back into bed.
I don’t really enjoy carrying my phone all of the time. I tote the phone to track my miles on Charity Miles.
I shoot for at least 10,000 steps a day, but I average over 15,000.
I have used a pedometer for years, wouldn’t be without one.
