Trying to stay healthy

I eat a lot of broccoli, asparagus, cauliflower, sweet potatoes, avocados, spinach, wild caught shrimp and fish.

I walk at least three miles a day and pedal my stationary bicycle about 30 minutes, plus I stretch and lift a little weight.

I think of good stuff a lot and watch stuff on Netflix that inspires me.

Persistence and moderation are important to me.

I think often of the help I receive every day.

I think of this quote often . . .
