Nothing can ever come between people who have a common and very important purpose in life, nothing.

Alzheimers disease is getting so huge. It is going to take a lot of work, but we can do that.

Sharpen the saw

Take some time off

I never have been a caregiver. I Met a lot of them on my trip across the United States.

They all seemed so very tired and worn down. Most of them told me that they hardly ever took any time off from watching their loved one, that has this horrible disease.

I found out that the Alzheimers Association can help people with this situation.

To be your best, you have to get some rest.

I found out as a runner that I have to do the same thing.

In my opinion a caregiver should never feel guilty about wanting and needing time off. They do it so they can be the best they can be.

If you need help concerning this horrible disease please call 1 800 272 3900 anytime.

We need a cure for Alzheimer’s disease.

Please Read #ENDALZ

Their is a disease spreading out all across our country. It is taking away our fathers, mothers, grandfathers, grandmothers, brothers, sisters, uncles, aunts and on and on.

I have seen and heard so much on this trip. It is hard to keep it straight, in my head.

Research, not much money. Not much coordination. Not much government help.

Awareness, most of the folks I talk to beside the road have never heard of the Alzheimer’s Association. These folks do not know their is help available. These folks are not in this alone.

Donations, the Alzheimer’s Association is a non profit. They get money by asking for it, and in some case people giving it, without being asked.

, I am being told that the lifespan of unpaid caregivers actually starts going down immediately upon assuming that role.

Running low on thinking energy. All for now. So much stuff to learn.
