I spoke with 6 people concerning alzheimers disease and the upcoming trip across America.

I sat with a newspaper reporter today and talked of veterans and alzheimers.

I listened to a caregiver talk of their situation.

I drove the Bobomobile with the signs on it that talk about the “Walk to End Alzheimers” and the ones that give out the 24 hour helpline phone number.

I wore my bright shirt and cap with the word “alzheimers” on them.

I read more on the internet today about veterans and alzheimers.

I worked on my personal physical fitness.

This was a good day.
